Richard Fox
Richard helps leaders and managers create and sustain an environment in which people can express themselves, optimise their potential and do their best work.
He is a qualified coach, a master NLP practitioner and an experienced facilitator and trainer.
His specialist topics are leadership, team working, visioning and planning, developing talent and creating partnerships.
Richard's work with the churches has included:
- Facilitating 1 day workshops for the Church of Scotland on organizational/strategic leadership, managing change and gaining commitment to change
- Advising the Methodist Church in Ireland following the restructuring of their organisation
- Advising on how to implement Ministerial Development Review.
- Providing 1 to 1 coaching, mentoring and team coaching sessions for area deans and ministers
- Facilitating 2 day coaching skills programmes for over 50 ministers
- Facilitating 1 day workshops on leading change for over 70 ministers
- Facilitating 3 day personal leadership programmes for over 100 ministers
- Acting as a consultant to a parish that wanted to move from decline to growth
- Leading one week leadership and management development programmes at St. John's College, Nottingham
Apart from the enjoyment gained in his work, Richard has a passion for trekking, choral singing, travel, sport, reading and socialising. He is a member of St. Saviour's Church, Guildford and a member of Modem's Leadership Committee.
